Support Siouxland Soldiers is a community non-profit (501c3) organization whose mission is to support Members of the Armed Forces, past and present, their families and the Tri-state community. We do this by hosting family-friendly, monthly events and by partnering with businesses, schools, churches and organizations to bring support to the 5,000+ members of the Armed Forces and their families. We focus on three main areas of support.

THE TROOPS:
We support the Troops by providing Care-Pack Events. We gather all of the items to be packed, provide all of the shipping materials and pay the postage to ship the care-packages.
We ship boxes to all branches of the Armed Forces and invite families to customize care-packages for their specific solder. Click here for care-pack details including our next care-pack date, location and a list of items that the soldiers like to receive.

THE FAMILIES:
We provide support to the Military Families by organizing fun, family events every month. Especially after a long deployment, it is important for the families to be able to get out of the house and enjoy a Free, Safe and Fun evening together. We work with other community organizations and businesses to funnel support to over 4,000 Siouxland Military Families. Every event is Free & Fun! Some of our most popular events include: The Winter Holiday Party, Easter Egg Hunt, Kid's Carnival, Family Night at the Ball Park, Nature Youth Camp and Awesome KIDZ ZONE Night. Click here for an Event Schedule.

THE YOUTH:
Children are greatly effected by a deployment, but don't always know how to communicate how they feel. Sometimes they feel alone and isolated. Our Youth program is designed to bring the Military Youth together for safe, age appropriate and structured activities. Support Siouxland Soldiers hosts over six large Youth Activities per year. FUTURE KID'S CAMP (Afterschool & Summer Care)
We are currently building plans to partner with community organizations to provide a safe and affordable place of educational, physical, social and emotional development during afterschool and summer hours. The Kid's Camp will be available to all youth, ages 3-9, and will provide a discount for Military families.
